Brian began his career at IMA in June 1999, and became IMA President & CEO on July 1, 2015. He has lobbied the Indiana General Assembly and Congress on a variety of issues including human resources, labor, energy and economic development. He has served on numerous boards and commissions and is a frequent speaker at business events throughout the state. With 26 years of legislative experience, Brian is a recognized leader in advocating for a positive business climate that expands opportunities for Indiana’s dominant business sector, manufacturing.

Jenny is the office manager and assistant to the president. Her duties include attending to the board of directors, ordering supplies, supporting governmental affairs staff, maintaining records for the state and federal political action committees. In addition she is responsible for preparing and sending compliance reports to the Indiana Election Commission, Federal Election Commission and Indiana Lobby Registration Commission, and overseeing the office workflow.

Mike provides technical support for IMA computer and communication networks. He also handles building contract issues, as well as other operational functions. He also assist with database functionality, reports and various other technological issues.

Sandie handles accounts payable/receivable and payroll for both the Indiana Manufacturers Association and it’s subsidiary, IMASERV, Inc. She also works closely with IMA’s accounting firm on compliance reports and audits. In addition, she fields questions regarding electronic payments.

Prior to joining the IMA, Bill worked for Senator Richard Lugar as a special assistant handling health care and senior citizen issues for 14 years. Bill was previously a licensed insurance agent and business development manager for a small relocation corporation.

Andrew Berger began at the IMA in December 2014. Prior to that, Andrew was Director of Governmental Affairs and General Counsel for the Association of Indiana Counties. In addition, he has worked with the Indiana Senate, Lt. Governor’s office and the Indiana State Budget Agency. Andrew is a graduate of Hanover College and the Indiana University School of Law.

Stephanie Wells began at the IMA in October 2015. Prior to that, Stephanie worked with Indiana Legislative Services Agency, the Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority, and the Governor’s office, totaling more than 12 years in government affairs. Stephanie received her Master of Public Affairs degree from Indiana University and specializes in education and workforce development issues.

Ed began working for the IMA in 1977. Before that he worked as an Indianapolis police officer and worked one year for the Indiana House of Representatives. He earned a law degree from Indiana University in 1981. Ed specializes in labor issues including worker’s compensation, unemployment compensation, civil law/tort issues and health and safety issues.

Jeff’s areas of specialization include health care and health-related insurance issues as they affect the manufacturing community.
